Debra Harris, Ph.D., AAHIDDebra, a principal at IDR Studio, is a nationally acclaimed design professional specializing in evidence based design and strategic planning for clients focusing on user experience. She holds a Ph.D. in Architecture with an emphasis on health systems planning from Texas A&M University and is recognized as a leader within the healthcare industry by the American Institute of Architects/Academy of Architecture for Health. In addition to her extensive expertise in healthcare planning and implementation, Debra is an award-winning designer, consultant and research coordinator. With over twenty years of experience, she is skilled in directing design projects at every scale.
Throughout her career, Debra has provided programming, strategic planning, design and project management for a variety of clients, including St. Joseph's Hospital, Kaiser Permanente, Boeing, and the Catholic Health Initiatives. In addition, she has consulted with companies such as Brandrud, KI Furniture and InterfaceFlor on research, product design and infection control. Debra is a founding member and serves as the Director of Research for the American Association of Healthcare Interior Designers. She also serves on the Center for Health Design Research Advisory Council and the Greenguard Environmental Institute Advisory Board.

Tamie Glass is a principal at IDR Studio, specializing in architectural interiors for progressive commercial design projects. She received a Bachelor of Environmental Design in Architecture from Texas A&M University and holds a Master of Interior Architecture from the University of Oregon.
Tamie began her professional career at DaimlerChrysler in Germany designing for the Mercedes-Benz brand. After making her start in corporate identity design, she lived and worked in London designing retail and hospitality environments for world class design consultancies Virgile & Stone and Conran & Partners. Tamie was involved in international projects for notable clients such as English brand Burberry, German department store Karstadt, Coca-Cola, and Indian hotels The Oberoi Group and The Park Hotel; clients who are devoted to developing interiors that are conceptually strong and architecturally unique.
As IDR Studio's creative director, Tamie leads the team to develop strong design concepts and focuses on environmental branding and identity. Clients include the Renaissance Austin Hotel, St. Joseph's Hospital, Dermataloge Spa, Lazersmooth Spa, and Springbox, a digital marketing agency located in Austin and Los Angeles. Tamie is an associate member of the American Institute of Architects.
